Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Better Habit Studio, India, which operates Cravault at trycravault.com. By signing in or using Cravault you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What Cravault is
Cravault is a habit tool. You browse menus and build a cart as if ordering food, and at checkout we record what you would have spent as a saving. Cravault does not place orders, deliver food, take payments or hold, move or invest your money. Savings shown in the app are a record for your own motivation, not a bank balance.
Links to other apps, such as PhonePe, just open that app. Anything you do there is between you and that provider.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Cravault is currently invite-only. You need a Google account and a valid invite code.
- You're responsible for activity on your account. Keep your Google account secure.
Invite codes
Invite codes may have limited uses and can be switched off at any time. Don't sell codes or try to guess them; we may block accounts that do.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law using Cravault;
- try to access other people's data or bypass the invite gate or security rules;
- scrape, overload or disrupt the service; or
- misrepresent Cravault or its receipts as real orders or payments.
Restaurant and menu information
Restaurant names, menus and prices are collected from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. They're shown for illustration only. Cravault is not affiliated with or endorsed by the restaurants or delivery platforms shown, and their names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Our content
The Cravault name, design and software belong to Better Habit Studio. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Share cards you create are yours to share.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how you can have it deleted.
Changes and ending the service
Cravault is an early product. We may change features, pause the service or end it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using Cravault and ask us to delete your account at any time.
Disclaimer and liability
Cravault is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. It is not financial advice. To the extent the law allows, Better Habit Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to ₹1,000.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of India.
Changes to these terms
We'll update the date at the top when these terms change. Continuing to use Cravault after a change means you accept the new terms.
